Easy Soothing Bedtime Golden Milk Recipe

Having trouble falling asleep? stressed and anxious before bed? Try this soothing golden milk to help you relax and get a good nights sleep! This golden milk is super easy to make and only takes minutes to make.

It’s all the comfort of a glass of warm milk before bed with the perk of added health benefits! This drink is full of antioxidants. Drink this golden milk about an hour before bed to really benefit from it’s soothing and relaxing properties.

This milk uses coconut milk so it’s completely vegan too! If you aren’t big on coconut milk you could certainly supplement with oat, double almond, or cows milk, depending on your preference. I personally love the flavor of coconut milk so it’s my go to!

This recipe is super easy and can be made with very few ingredients. So what do you need to make this delicious golden milk?

– 1 tsp of Turmeric

-1/4 tsp of grated ginger

-1/2 tsp cinnamon

n

-2 tbsp of maple syrup

n

– 1/2 cup Almond milk

n

-a dash of pepper

n

-1 cup of light coconut milk

When you have all of your ingredients together all you need to do is combine them all into a saucepan, stir until well combined and heat over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed to your liking! Do not let it boil though!

That’s it! Isn’t that crazy simple? If I have a few minutes free before bed I whip one of these up for my fiancé and I. It is amazing the difference it makes in our nights sleep! It truly helps us unwind and relax to sleep through the night.
